Business 2 Business, a program of the Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council and the Thurston County Chamber, is a complimentary resource for businesses in our community in all stages of the workforce development process.

Business 2 Business is the business community’s liaison to the labor market and wage rate information, employee training and accommodation resources, alternate candidate pools, and unique ways to retain staff during difficult economic times.

In partnership with WorkSource, Business 2 Business bridges the gap between government workforce programs and private-sector business. The program is funded through a grant from the Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council.
